Recycling District discusses budget changes in light of new building

The Recycling District Board of Directors and Citizens Advisory Committee discussed potential changes in the 2024 budget during its joint meeting Thursday evening.

The discussion comes in light of the new Recycling District Building's expected completion this summer. The shift to a bigger facility means increased utility and maintenance costs.
